oh what fun

first logan got sick. they called me on friday to coem and get him. it was gonna be my day off. beanie went in that day. I came home around 10am with the boy. he went in on Monday and sis alright, tuesday he came home early and spent the rest of the week with me.
now..i have a sore throat, stuff nose and a cough and now to top it all off...beanie is getting sick. she looks awful. no color in her face and a cough with a runny nose. she has even started waking up in the middle of the night like scooter was doing. gosh I hope she recovers faster than he did. it took him almost a week to recover. i'm not sure I can handle another week with a sick child. especially with me not up to full speed. sometimes being a mom is no fun. i wish we had sick days and vacation days just like the rest of the "working" world does. that would be nice.
in the mean time I get to enjoy lots of snuggles from both kids. I hate when they're sick, but I sure do enjoy the time I get with them.

This simply states: Do NOT CROSS in red. I am trying to stop the kids from coming into the kitchen while I am cooking or cleaning. Too many time si have triped over someone with something hot in my hands. I am also hoping to stop Scooter from getting into my spices. I know he likes the noise they make...but I cant deal with the mess that they make.

Race Car and Truck - kids go crazy

Back in 2002, we bought 2 remote control cars. I have a yellow Hummer and Jen a black Ford f-150. Years later we now take the cars out for the kids and they like to watch and play with these cars. they go crazy, see the video below

proud that beanie did AMAZING today in tumble tots it was the last class in this session, the parents get to watch...she starts up again next week)
got home 15 min faster than i have since i started riding a bike with beanie in tow to tumble tots
feel amazing and happy for the first time in a long time. i'm sleeping better, my relationship with the husband has improved 10 fold
love my body for what it is!

today is a fabulous day. I even get to have lunch with the husband and beanie today. Today rocks!
